Our Modern Foreign Languages (French) curriculum is shaped by our school vision – ‘To shine.’ We aim to deliver a broad and ambitious curriculum, rich in knowledge and skills, which is accessible to all.
Our key curriculum intentions that drive our MODERN FOREIGN LANGUAGES (French) curriculum are to ensure all pupils:
- Understand and respond to written and spoken language from a variety of authentic sources
- Become confident in speaking French
- Improve their confidence in writing French as they move throughKS2
- Have an awareness of similarities and differences in life style, culture and traditions in other countries
