Parents/Carers should be aware that our school will take any reasonable action to safeguard the welfare of our pupils.
In cases where we believe that a child may be suffering from significant harm, ill treatment or neglect or other forms of harm, our staff have no alternative but to follow the Leeds Safeguarding Children's Board (LSCB) procedures.
Designated staff will contact Children's Services Duty and Advice to discuss the concerns.
If you have concerns regarding the welfare or safety of a child please call Children’s Services Call Centre
directly on 0113 3760336.
The dedicated and confidential NSPCC helpline
– Report Abuse in Education

Our aim is to always to be open and honest with parents/carers and discuss concerns with them first prior to approaching other agencies, however if staff feel that by contacting the parents/carers there is an increased risk of harm to a child then the school may contact another agency before speaking to the parents/carers.
